For over fifteen years CCP has offered a specialist service to its customers in this sector, dealing with the aftermath of armed raids, kidnapping and other traumas. We have dealt with the aftermath of nearly 2000 armed raids, and from the early 1990’s developed unique experience of kidnap situations, notably terrorist kidnap in Northern Ireland where we dealt with many terrorist bombings.

CCP travels the world for its customers in this sector, dealing with the aftermath of coach, car and airplane accidents, hotel fires, assault and other traumas.   We work with both staff and customers involved in these incidents.

CCP is well known at the FTO where we work with most of the member organisations including all the largest tour operators.

 ABTA recently made CCP’s helpline services available to all their members and are including CCP in training and development plans for the future.  CCP's telephone support service is uniquely positioned to support staff and customers across different time zones.
