We Are A Small Company

CCP is a small company. This allows a strong sense of personal contact to grow between us and our customers. The consultants who customers meet are not salespeople or managers, they are the people who deliver the service directly to those affected.
In times of trauma and crisis it is always what needs to be done (and what does not need to be done) rather than how many helpers there are that is the key issue. It is the focused, purposeful, judiciously timed intervention which counts, rather than simple volume of staff. Therefore, CCP’s team was able to simultaneously manage 3 interventions in 1999 with a major air accident at Girona in Spain (180 survivors); an air accident at Glasgow (10 fatalities), and the Long Tom Pass coach crash (26 fatalities) in South Africa.
